Climate
change and poor practices
have resulted in
the erosion of the beach.
The Chamber has undertaken
practical actions to preserve
the beach over the years.
In
addition, a programme for
the regeneration of the beach
is
currently underway with international
companies expressing an interest
in the project. This is subject
to the approval and participation
of the Jamaican Government.
